Booking 


We kindly request that all bookings are made via our easy to use online booking system wherever possible. This can be accessed directly from the 'about' and 'get in touch' pages of this website and also via the links on our socials. Here you can easily see live availability and select the treatments and times you prefer, all at a time convenient for you, 24/7. Repeat bookings can also be made following your appointment in salon and regular clients are advised to book in advance to secure your regular treatment maintenance appointments.

Upon booking you will be asked to confirm that you agree with our cancellation policy and will be asked to securely provide your card details to confirm your appointment. You will not be charged anything at the time of booking, Payment of the treatment cost will be taken at your appointment. *POLICY UPDATE* we now require a non-refundable booking fee to secure your appointment. Details on where to send this are within your confirmation email. Should the booking fee not be received within 48hrs of the booking being made we reserve the right to cancel your appointment.


Bookings placed online will automatically receive a confirmation email and a further reminder email and text 72 hours prior to your appointment time.

Microblading Booking Policy.

A non-refundable booking fee is required to confirm your Microblading appointment. As this is a 3 hour appointment, at least 72 hrs notice is required to reschedule due to the likelihood of being unable to resell the appointment time allocated at short notice. Should you wish to reschedule within the 72 hour window your booking fee will not be eligible to be carried over to a new appointment time.

Patch Testing

 

New clients are politely reminded that a free patch test is compulsory and required a minimum of 48 hours prior to your, HD Brows, BrowSculpt Lamination, Tint & Tidy, LVL Enhance, Eye Lash Tint and Microblading appointments. Please ensure that this is pre booked separately before your first appointment with us. This also applies to previous clients who have not visited us within the last 6 months, and who will therefore also require a new patch test appointment. 

We operate a strict no patch test, no treatment policy. With this in mind, should you arrive to your appointment without first completing a patch test with us your treatment will unfortunately be refused. As we will no longer be able to resell this appointment time, 100% of your treatment price will be charged.



Consultation 


We pride ourselves in our thorough consultation process. Upon booking your first treatment with us you will receive our medical record, treatment and data consent form. Subsequent treatments will require a brief health check and patch test form. These will be contained within your appointment confirmation email. Please wherever possible, complete and submit the form 24-48 hours prior to your appointment time. This form is required for your own safety as well as being a legal requirement for the safe delivery of our treatments. Information on how these are stored in a fully GDPR way can be found within our privacy policy. 

An additional in person consultation will also be carried out in order to thoroughly determine your desired treatment outcome and goals.



Cancellation Policy


Our cancellation policy is now applicable to all appointments. You will be asked to confirm that you agree to this policy upon booking.

48 hours notice of cancellation (72 hours for Microblading) is required and appreciated. There will be no charge providing that at least 48 hours notice of cancellation or request to reschedule is given. 

If less than 48 hours notice is given 50% of the treatment cost will be charged.

Should you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Please either log back in to your Fresha account or follow the link provided in your appointment confirmation email.



No Shows


On the day, no shows will be charged at 100% of the full treatment cost.

IF YOU, ANYONE FROM YOUR HOUSEHOLD OR YOUR SOCIAL BUBBLE ARE SHOWING SYMPTOMS OR HAVE TESTED POSITIVE WITHIN THE LAST 14 DAYS, 

PLEASE CONTACT US TO RESCHEDULE YOUR APPOINTMENT


PPE in line with the government guidelines will be worn by your stylist/therapist.


We request that you arrive to your appointment alone and on time. Not early or late please.


Please use the hand sanitiser provided on arrival.


A mask must be worn at all times whilst in the salon.
